   Болельщик "Манчестер Сити" Симон Харт слишком серьёзно воспринял слухи о переходе в стан "горожан" нападающего "Манчестер Юнайтед" Уйэна Руни, сделав себе татуировку на спине. На рисунке изображён форвард в форме "Манчестер Сити" и надпись: "Руни - легенда "Сити". К сожалению фаната, его мечтам не дано было сбыться, ведь Руни уже подписал новый долгосрочный контракт с "красными дьяволами". Татуировка же обошлась Харту в $ 790, информирует New York News.

   Chelsea face a major battle with Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid to land Anderlecht wonderkid Romelu Lukaku.
   
   The Telegraph says Lukaku attracted offers from Real Madrid and at least one Premier League club during the summer, with Anderlecht admitting that they even turned down one bid of £17.5 million for a player regarded as the best young attacking prospect in Europe. Anderlecht did not disclose the identity of the club who made that offer but, in Belgium, it is rumoured to be Tottenham.
   Most of the leading clubs across Europe are now closely monitoring the situation and, according to sources in Belgium, it is Mourinho's Real Madrid and Chelsea who are currently best positioned.
   Indeed, according to one source, Lukaku has indicated that either Madrid or Chelsea would be his preferred destination.
   One factor that would be in Chelsea's favour is the presence of Didier Drogba, who is idolised by Lukaku.
   The 17 year-old was even photographed at Stamford Bridge in a Chelsea shirt earlier this year when he went on a stadium tour as part of a school trip. During the visit, Lukaku said: "I'm very pleased to be here – unfortunately, I didn't meet Drogba. If ever one day I will cry, it will be when I sign for Chelsea."

   Man Utd, Chelsea on red alert as Ganso rejects Santos contract offer
   
   Manchester United and Chelsea have been alerted to news that Paulo Henrique Ganso has rejected a new contract offer from Santos.
   For some Brazilian judges, Ganso is a bigger talent than his teammate Neymar, who remains wanted by Chelsea.
   He declared: "I know what Santos has offered me through my representatives but I did not consider it suitable for me as a proposal.
   "So I ended up not accepting.
   "Also, I do have the right to say no."
   United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has glowing reports on Ganso and has deliberately pushed for the midfielder while allowing Chelsea to go for Neymar this year.

   Schalke defender Benedikt Höwedes is being tracked by Arsenal.
   Kicker says the 22 year-old has emerged as a top target for Gunners boss Arsene Wenger ahead of the January market.
   Wenger is in the market for another defender and Howedes' versatility is attractive.
   Along with the Schalke stopper, Wenger is also having scouts track Werder Bremen centre-half Per Mertesacker in Germany.

   Lassana Diarra is pushing for a move out of Real Madrid.
   
   Sport says Diarra is on his way out of Madrid this January after not being considered for this week's Copa stalemate at Murcia.
   The France midfielder has already voiced his frustrations with the lack of action he's seen this season.
   Manchester United were keen on Diarra in the summer and remain so ahead of the January market.
   Having already turned out for Chelsea, Arsenal and Portsmouth, a return to England is likely for the combative midfielder.

   Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho is ready to see three senior players offloaded in January.
   
   After their disappointing 0-0 draw at Copa opponents Murcia this week, Esteban Granero, Karim Benzema and Pedro Leon are all set to be shown the door, says Sport.
   All three failed to impress on the night and that was enough for Mourinho.
   Benzema will be sold abroad, while Leon is interesting Hercules and Getafe are keen on Granero.
   The trio will be sold when the market reopens in the New Year.

   Man Utd tracking De Rossi as Roma contract ticks down
   
   TMW says with De Rossi continuing to baulk at opening new contract talks, a move to England is looking a serious option for the Italy ace.
   United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has followed De Rossi since he first broke into Roma's first team and knows he now has less than two years to run on his current deal.
   Roma powerbrokers are already concerned they will lose De Rossi - and cheaply - next summer.
   The all-action midfielder's style is viewed as ideal for the Premier League and Ferguson is expected to wait until the final weeks of the season before beginning the groundwork to bring De Rossi to Old Trafford.

    Barcelona are ready to offer centre-back Gabriel Milito to Premier League clubs, according to the Daily Mail.
    
    The Argentine has struggled to nail down a regular place in the starting line-up and with the Catalan giants wanting to give a chance to 20-year-old Andreu Fontas, who is a Spain Under-21 international and currently playing for Barca's B team, opportunities look limited.
    Nou Camp bosses are looking at ways to save money in order to move for other targets and see Milito as expendable.
    They will hope to attract interest from the likes of Arsenal and Manchester City in the 30-year-old, who was signed from fellow Primera Division side Real Zaragoza three years ago.
    Milito spent almost two years out injured with anterior cruciate ligament damage in his right knee and Gerard Pique and Carles Puyol have since emerged as the club's favoured defensive partnership.
    The defender has started just two of Barcelona's eight Primera Division games so far this season.

    Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric is confident his side can go to Old Trafford this weekend and beat Manchester United.
    
    The Croatian international has been in fine form for the north London club and insists Spurs' poor record against the Red Devils away - they have not won since December 1989 - counts for nothing.
    After their recent second half performance at the San Siro against Inter in the Champions League, Modric says Tottenham will not be daunted by going to Old Trafford and looking for a result.
    
    He told the club's official website: "We're ready, why not?
    "We showed against Inter in the second half that we can compete with the best teams in the world and United is certainly one of the best teams in the world.
    "But why not go there and try to win? I know Tottenham haven't won at Old Trafford for a long time, so why not now?
    "It's the best stage to play, the best stadium and it will be a great game for us.
    "I hope we can do something there."
