Ну в Москве люди уж точно "нежадные" сидят. Главное что бы Лужники цены не заломили космические. Надеюсь хоть всё получиться и 10 счастливых билетов дойдут до адресата.
Вот ещё политика продажи билетов, с каждым годом всё чё-то меняют.

UEFA Champions League home games pricing policy and selling arrangements
Tickets for Home UEFA Champions League games will go on sale as follows:
- 28 days before the fixture – season ticket holders can purchase their own seat*.
- 21 days before the fixture – on sale at 1 per member.
- 14 days before the fixture – on sale at up to 2 extra per member and up to 2 extra per season ticket holder (no more than 3 tickets in total per member/season ticket holder).
- 7 days before the fixture – on general sale if any are still available (maximum of 4 per person).
These timings may alter if there is a reduced selling period, especially for knockout stage games, though phasing will stay the same.
Chelsea Football Club reserve the right to review the number of tickets members/season ticket holders can purchase on a game by game basis.
Tickets for all 3 UEFA Champions League group stage games will be priced at £30 for adults and £15 for Senior Citizens and Juveniles in all areas of the stadium.
Any season ticket holders who are displaced in the stadium due to outside broadcast/UEFA requests will be able to purchase an available seat elsewhere in a non-corporate area within the stadium at their current seat price.
*Season ticket holders' seats will be held for 6 days. The final day will see the reservation removed and season ticket holders who have not purchased or have been moved for outside broadcasting reasons will be able to log in and purchase the seats that are not taken by fellow season ticket holders in the reservation period.
Juvenile and senior citizen season ticket holders may purchase their own seat at a 50% concession for Champions League knockout stage matches only (excluding the East Stand). This discount will only apply in the reservation period.
All knockout matches will be sold at Category A ticket prices.
Supporters are reminded that adults cannot use concession match or season tickets to gain entry to the stadium.
UEFA Champions League away match ticket scheme
Initially, the existing 739 supporters in the 2009/10 away UEFA Champions League scheme will be given an opportunity to renew before new applications are invited from any other season ticket holder/member, until the scheme reaches a capacity of 800 season ticket holders. We will also have 200 spaces for members to be part of this scheme on a first come first served basis. The scheme will have a maximum of 1000 supporters in total.
Supporters on the UEFA away scheme will be given a priority period where they can purchase a ticket. Failure to purchase within this reservation period will not result in removal from the scheme, however a seat will no longer be guaranteed. Supporters will then need to purchase tickets in the relevant purchasing period (season ticket holders in the season ticket holder period and members in the member period). Tickets are sold subject to availability.
Supporters will be removed from the scheme if they fail to purchase a ticket for the match or do not collect the ticket they have purchased from the box office.
All customers completing the declaration form must also include proof of transport booking (non UK matches only).
The away match ticket scheme holders within the scheme get first option on tickets for all UEFA Champions League away games, subject to availability.
All games go on sale 28 days before the fixture. Where 28 days falls on a Saturday/Sunday the tickets will go on sale the following Monday or, if Monday is a Bank Holiday, then Tuesday.
Remaining tickets will be split between season ticket holders (60%) and members (40%) after the allocation for hospitality sales (10%) and supporters of the UEFA Champions League away match scheme have been removed from the overall allocation available.
Tickets will be sold as follows:
- Week 1 – supporters who are part of the UEFA away match scheme can purchase a ticket within this period.
- Week 2 – season ticket holders can purchase one ticket per person.
- Week 3 – members can purchase one ticket per person.
These tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. 95% of tickets for each game will be sold online and 5% will be sold to personal callers at the box office and call centre.
Tickets for away matches can be collected from the box office with the fully completed declaration form. Alternatively tickets can be posted out via royal mail special delivery at an extra cost. Supporters who request to have their tickets sent out should note this will be at their own risk and should the tickets not arrive they cannot be duplicated or refunded. This will also apply to any friends and family purchases made online.
Refunds can be made at the box office for away matches providing the tickets given to Chelsea are on a sale or return basis and returned no later than 48 hours before the match. Tickets not collected from the box office will not be refunded under any circumstances.
All tickets are subject to availability.
DUPLICATE TICKET PROCEDURE FOR HOME MATCHES
Duplicate home match tickets (season ticket holder’s seats)
Season ticket holders who DO NOT bring their season ticket card with them on matchday will need to visit the box office on the day of the match where a duplicate match ticket will be issued at a cost £5 per ticket. Proof of ID is essential and only the season ticket holder can collect a duplicate ticket. It is important to note that only the season ticket holders will be able to collect the replacement ticket.

да ничего всё нормально. Я тоже глянул новости по Жилине на выезде. Опять придумали геморой какой-то небойс Платени заставил. Вобщем перед покупкой билетов нужно заполнять специальную декларацию
и отсылать в Лондон. Только потом можно получить билеты по почте.

Posting of tickets
Should you wish to have your tickets sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery, simply complete the following steps:
1. Book the tickets online or via the Call Centre
2. Complete the declaration form for all customers within the order
3. Send a Cheque made payable to Chelsea FC (to the value of £4.80) and the declaration forms to: PO BOX 21805, Fulham Road, London, SW6 1HS
4. Once the full completed declaration forms arrive, the tickets will be sent out to the customer who made the booking.
Please note that Chelsea FC are not responsible for failings in the postal system. Should the tickets not arrive they can not be refunded or duplicated.
Tickets will only be sent out for this match if the fully completed declaration forms and special delivery payment is received by Monday 13 September

Я вобще не понял для чего эта декларация им нужна? Почему я обязан отчитываться каким рейсом и куда я лечу. Чё за тупость? А если я мембер Челси и живу в Москве к примеру?
Официальный сайт «Челси» на русском языке начинает приём заявок на билеты в гостевой сектор стадиона «Лужники» на матч группового этапа Лиги Чемпионов «Спартак» — «Челси», который состоится 19 октября.
Наш футбольный клуб любезно согласился предоставить часть выделенных ему на этот матч билетов российским болельщикам «синих». Приём заявок будет вестись до 1 октября.
Количество билетов ограничено, поэтому распределение будет происходить с учётом очерёдности прихода заявок.
В заявочном письме должны быть указаны следующие данные:
1. Имя и фамилия латинскими буквами.
2. День рождения.
3. Паспортные данные: серия, номер, срок действия (если есть).
Подробности о порядке выкупа билетов будут опубликованы позже.
P.S. Пожалуйста, учитывайте, что, поскольку билеты будут выкупаться за наличные, вы должны иметь возможность либо передать деньги в пределах Москвы, либо договориться с другими болельщиками, которые передадут деньги за вас.
